Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • The item must include all accessories, caps, cases, manuals or other included components.
  • The item must not have been modified, disassembled or damaged after delivery.
  • The buyer must contact us before returning any item.

Vintage Equipment Disclaimer

Most products sold by 35MM Gravity are vintage and pre-owned.

Minor cosmetic wear, signs of age, dust, cleaning marks, paint loss and other age-related imperfections may be present and do not automatically qualify as defects.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photographs of each item.

Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper use or handling by the buyer
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Missing included accessories
  • Items returned in a different condition than received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that:

  • Was damaged during shipping
  • Does not match the product description
  • Is significantly different from the listed condition

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.

We will review the case and work toward a fair resolution, including replacement, partial refund or full refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the item was incorrectly described or damaged during transit:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
